About Me

My name is Kelan Griffiths, and I’m a Communications (BACAT) student at the University of Technology (UTECH), Jamaica. I’m drawn to the creative side of media, including photography, editing, content creation, and visual storytelling. I enjoy creating work that feels clean, consistent, and visually balanced without being overdone.

My Studies

At the UTECH, I study communication theory, media production, writing, photography, and digital storytelling. These courses have helped me understand how visuals, messages, and audiences connect, and they’ve given me space to experiment with different creative techniques.

Creative Interests

I enjoy working with photography, basic video editing, and simple digital content. I focus on capturing real moments and shaping them into visuals that feel intentional and well-organized, with a preference for clean tones and soft lighting.

My Goals

My goal is to continue improving my photography skills and editing skills, build confidence in my creative decisions, and gain experience in digital media environments. I hope to contribute to projects where I can learn, collaborate, and grow.

Beyond the Classroom

Outside of school, I enjoy editing aesthetic videos, exploring fashion, following visual trends, and working on small creative projects. I’m always looking for new ways to express myself through visuals, even in everyday moments.
